Securely pack your items in their original Woolly Made packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
